life swings like a pendulum. sometimes its good and sometimes it's hard and confusing. last week, things made more sense. today? not so much. things tend to go all sideways after a bit. and, so i wait. patience is sometimes all i have.

I don't know the meaning of patience...I have none. I wonder where it is I could buy some.
I meditate - daily. It soooo helps me keep the voices in my head quiet. Once, when I was feeling really happy for no apparent reason, a friend said "This too shall pass". Oh. But it put things in perspective for me - I tend to get very attached to the highs and abhor the lows. I'm judgmental like that. :)
